That's kind of dope.... I just watched captain marvel Monday night.. so that's fresh in my mind....
but of course the question is
I thought they left earth after 1995 .. thought they said they couldn't stay.. so why return 30 years later... but if they stayed.. makes you wonder how many more stayed and how do they age.. is his son now 30?

talos has to come back in part 3... the world cant know he's peter... or that might be set up for the chameleon to debut... when the world sees two spider men and peter at the same time
and there is no mention of

. Doesn’t necessarily have to. Depends on what happens in between movies. No need to think that far ahead because we don’t know what the world will look like in two years. But it does make peter a menace, which I love. As far as the ID, you can always go to doc strange like peter did in the comics. He can mind wipe everyone with a spell

these spoilers are crazy. I'm seeing this with my entire family on the 4th so i gonna be like
waiting on their reactions
This is non spoiler but it’s like two different movies. The first half feels very much like an extension of homecoming. Then something happens and the second half is a completely different movie and doesn’t feel like any Spider-Man movie yet. And that’s where a lot of the “oh shyt” moments happen

So what's the verdict for those that seen it? Is it better than Homecoming?
For me yeah. Even though Mysterio doesn’t have the same connection to peter that vulture did so it misses that, but it’s a much more confident movie and handles it’s supporting cast, and Peter’s journey, better than homecoming. If it’s better it’s not better by a lot but it does cross that threshold.
I was talking to a friend of mine last night who’d also seen it. And talking to him helped me sort through some stuff with it and really land on how I felt. He’s over the moon about it but he’s seen it twice.
