This chick in Captain Marvel physically looks nothing like carol and is kinda boring. She doesn't even look like she's having fun and comes across monotone in her delivery...

It doesn't matter what the quality of Captain Marvel is it's gonna do big numbers it's the lead in to Endgame. Any movie leading into Endgame would be huge.. woman.. man.. whatever.

Gotta get over that. And clearly Wonder Woman was marketed towards women. Her name is Wonder Woman, the women of themyscira were all in the videos and it showed her being dominant over a man. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with that shyt. Most everything else is marketed toward us (men) Damn near everything. If our of every comic book movie that has ever existed TWO of them want to truly appeal to women, that’s quite alright or at least it should be.

Brie may not work for you from a looks standpoint but that’s the least of Disney’s concerns breh

I'm talking about in terms of the marketing... you haven't noticed how they branding it as a fEMALE HERO in the marketing all throughout the titles in the background of the trailer...

shyt is obvious pandering towards the female markets man... the reason why Wonder Woman worked for DC is because Gal Gadot is gorgeous (not enough ass IMO) but still a dime, actually looks the part of Wonder Woman and they did not PANDER just to females...

You'll be surprised how good a movie will be when you go in with 0 expectations.

The problem so many of us have is we go in with these astronomical expectations and when it falls short even by a little... instead of saying "that was decent or good" we fall to an extreme. "Since it was Flawlessly great, it was trash. There was this one since that was cringe worthy... blah blah blah" (Mind you said scene was probably like 45 second of a 180 min movie.

I remember going to see something as simple as Next Day Air or even as recent as that Jamie Fox Sleepless or 50's Den of Thieves movies with 0 expectations and walked away like
