Why do you guys keep saying this stupid shyt? TASM movies grossed the lowest of all the other Spiderman man movies. Nobody wants to see Garfield AT ALL except fanboys.
Sony is not doing anything with Garfield that isnt team-up related

That's a hard pass for me.
They need to treat this like they do Doctor Who interacting with any of their other regenerations, and make it rare and meaningful when it happens.
Also, they really just got off with a while trilogy used as origin story, and establishing that this Spider-Man can stand on his own two. Going right back to him getting lil bro'd, or at best being an equal to someone else in a movie would be a step back.
This sounds like Amy Pascal is just trying to work her way to another hit. Ol' girl needs to learn to get in on more non Spider-Man associated hits.
