We can do this shyt all day with this show. I'm not one to nitpick shows but the flaws are too easy to come by with this one
actually that one was not a flaw.. Jax spoke with Pope's boy the episode before.. asking him how long he knew him and how. when he explained how long he was under him, Jax said "that makes you loyal..... and patient"
that right there was foreshadowing that the black guy wanted to be boss and was waiting.. and that Jax knew it and was gonna play on it
so skip to the explanation.. the black guy had it all figured out.. even told Jax he'd find out about it and do an investigation.. the second Jax said "that's fine... and after you're done, i'm going to enjoy working with you Mr. ____" and shook his hand....
that told the black guy he was actually boss now, with a multimillion dollar deal on his hands and continued support from SAMCRO. so he said fukk that investigation and put the hit on clay. basically agreeing to linking up with Jax and saying fukk Pope, get money

Show turned into fukkery long ago. I don't even watch with seriousness anymore, but it's still entertaining to me. I'm not disappointed because I'm not invested in how the show comes off looking in the long run.
I'mma keep watching for more fukkery just like the rest of yall.
Yall can't criticize Pope's #2 , he obviously figured out what happened right off the bat. I don't know his next play, but it's not like he got fooled either.
The way Jax is able to take out a Boss the level of Pope by himself is that bullshyt though.

just caught up, enjoyable enough season but the finale was garbage.
i liked the additions of Nero and Pope, shame he got offed.
not including Clay, Chibs is the only Son i really like.
