franklin went to war because he saved leon’s life, refusing to give him up to manboy. leon owed franklin, end of story. the way you nikkas making franklin look like a codeless devil, if he was that, he woulda sacrificed leon to manboy

jerome wanted to leave the game because of one ass whooping. franklin persuaded him to stay a bit longer. you acting like he put a gun to his head and threatened him to. if jerome insisted on leaving im sure franklin would have let him, same way he let dallas and that mercenary bodyguard he had go
leon was wanted by skully/manboy because of frank's actions :mindblown: Franklin setup Skully at the Warehouse, it went bad, and Skully tried to take out anyone affiliated with Franklin. Leon doesn't kill that kid if Franklin aint fukk with Skully. Leon didn't have shyt to do with the Skully/Manboy war and told Franklin to stay out of it...Leon aint owe Franklin shyt. Franklin went to war because he chose to get in the middle of the skully/manboy beef, he fukked up the setup and he fukked up choosing manboy over skully

And no, Franklin, wasn't letting Jerome walk away. That mercenary was just that - zero ties to Frank outside his contract, he couldn't do shyt. And Dallas? Well yes, after getting Diamond killed, he gave her a pass, how nice of him :skip:

Skully and Manboy’s war was fukking up Franklin’s profits. If his profits fukk up he has issues with Teddy. Setting Skully up to die was an act of desperation to fix the issue and it went south. Being a boss means sometimes you will fukk up. There is no right or wrong answer, its just do what you think is the best choice and live with it. The real mistake Franklin made was setting up the wrong side. It was manboy he shoulda set up

Leon saying “stay out of it” ok cool so when the profits continue to lower then what? Leon aint Franklin’s boss, Franklin is the boss. He makes no calls because he has no critical assessment. His reason for telling Franklin to stay out of it was grounded in hood shyt and not business. But Franklin had pressure on him and had to prove to Teddy that he could keep shyt under control

When he fukked up, he made it right. Refused to give up Manboy, then killed him, and had Khadijah killed. He fixed the problem he made

And he would have let Jerome go. He aint putting a bullet in his head if he insisted on leaving. He wasnt even on that level of ruthlessness yet back then

you typed a bunch of stuff that still proves Leon's situation is because of Franklin's calls - Leon did not owe Franklin shyt. He wanted out at that point and Franklin should've let that man go

you keep oversimplifying it to make Franklin look like a boogeyman your mind is made up
no, I'm not, if i want him to be seen as the boogeyman, you want him to be seen as a saint. he's not. regardless of all the circumstances that led to that point, when leon tells frank he wants out, he should've let that man go - that dude killed a kid, was hurt over fatback getting clapped over that shyt and overall tired of all the bodies he dropped in service to franklin and the dope game, Franklin didn't care at all.

i get it, franklin is, or was, the protagonist of the show, some of yall can't seem to call him on his shyt...all good. watch this shyt objectively when the series ends

Also it's not normal to kill two of your childhood friends...
....now THIS I can't agree with as regards Kevin.

Kevin had to go. He developed a habit, he gave away the recipe, and he was about to start an unwinnable war. AND he was being hard-headed about it all, like he was justified in everything he did.

Kevin was a liability. The friendship went out the window when he kept going behind Frank's back. And Frank killed him on accident, if we're being real.

Na, all that context dont matter when it comes to Franklin. Kevin wouldnt even been in the position to need to kill that dude at the park if Franklin didnt bring Kevin into the drug game! Franklin killed his childhood dont try to spin it :troll:

Jerome's talking to Deon about the new generation having no respect, no code, no honor:

Marty from True Detective:

But really, every new older generation of people say this.

Somewhere in Westside Baltimore, Marlo Stanfield's wicked ass is saying the same thing. :mjlol:

Damn man, everybody is unraveling by the seams :mjcry:

Leon went from Brotha Afrika to Alonzo on Training Day, challenging the whole projects to a fight

Rome out here acting like a damn depressed wino unnerved by the slightest remark.

Franklin has gone COMPLETELY off the deep end... Ol girl and her mama are leaving and never turning back.

Even Wanda had a moment but I'm praying she pulls thru. That comment from Cissy about her being "able to heal in all this madness" spoke volumes for this episode. I'm worried Cissy won't make it out tho on some eye for an eye shyt :sadcam:
