As soon as Teddy told Cissy that he was lying about Alton, she knew he was never gonna stop coming after them and he most likely wasn’t gonna transfer the money. In her mind, she had to kill him off..

But then then the other half of it is WHY did Franklin BRING her along?

If that POS cac lied about not killing Alton so brazenly, there was no point negotiating with him.

Franklin would've been dead inside of a week after leaving Teddy alive.

I feel like she did that to spite Franklin on some “fukk yo money” this is for Alton

Yup. And she gave that “inconsequential” speech a few eps back about how Teddy didn’t respect her enough to see her as a threat and she wanted to take him down. When he brushed her off like she was nothing, again, that was a wrap for him.

I don’t think it was impulsive. She knew that would be the last interaction she had with Teddy and her last chance to either find out the truth about Alton or to do what she said she was going to do to him. When she asked Franklin if he was ok with never seeing her again it was because she was ready to give her freedom up to kill Teddy. She finally realized that Franklin values money over all else, even her and the pain she felt over Alton. And since Franklin chose the money over his relationship with his mother she stopped him from getting it. She saw the monster it made out of her son.

Franklin valued money over everything. Money wasn't enough for Louie. When Franklin got cut out of the game he was ready to take his millions and do other sh*t.

I get his mind is money over everything. But when Cissy shot Teddy, wouldn't you expect for him to be majorly mad? He instantly went into mamas boy mode. Trying to protect her.
