Am I the only one who thinks Veronique is a ride or die for the most part? Every conversation she’s had with Franklin just solidifies that. I understand why people might not trust her, we never seen how they met, first interaction, etc. but she hasn’t done anything to make me feel like she’s not to be trusted. I was on the fence about her in the beginning just based off the fact women have been franklin’s downfall the whole show but my opinion has changed on Veronique

:jbhmm: Other than Leon(going with the redemption arc), Wanda(beat addiction and on a righteous path), and V(baby mom who wants Saint out of the game and going legit) and Cissy (wants to get at Theo for getting rid of Alton and getting at her child) there are really no good people/heroes on this show. They all are fukked up in their own ways(Queen Louie and Saint Franklin included) which means maximum fukkery will be in full effect for season 6 :blessed:

He did have contingencies in place. No idea why that’s being ignored. He had his stash house only him and Peaches knew about. He had all the different foreign accounts. He had his real estate holdings. He just got hit from every angle. Y’all acting like he supposed to know that Teddy knows about EVERY account he has in existence or that Teddy would go scorched Earth on him.

It seems like ppl forgetting Teddy had some shadowy nikka get control of and trace all his accounts. Aint shyt you can do at that point.

Why do yall think Louie didn't bring Jerome but brought the crackhead cop. To me, that would be way more dramatic that Jerome choosing her over Feank. I know he has already through his actions. But the line would have really been drawn.

Um... I agree? I was responding to posters acting like they're Marty Byrd in real life and would never get caught slipping by a seasoned CIA agent with nigh unlimited gov't resources.

not even sure what else you’re rambling about, Frank bodied his boys, bodied mel’s dad who was surrogate dad to him then lied in her face and came sashaying thru the funeral then went to Texas to threaten her, leon wanted out last season and Frank lil brothered him and told him he ain’t going no where. You can cheerlead Frank just because he happened to ask avi for that first brick, but the squad built his empire. I’m a fan of the collective - which no longer exists.

Im not going to respond to all your ramblings. I’m just gonna respond to you saying earlier that Louie helped Franklin cut his first brick….for one, hella people in the hood know how to chop up bricks. Every nikka in Philly can do that. But they have never and will never have access to someone with thousands of dirt cheap bricks from south of the border. Someone bringing you that is INVALUABLE. Now yes, you’re partially right. Louie helped him. Jerome helped him. They were a solid support system. But what are they without Franklin bringing in thousands of kilos a week to sell :skip: Im sure Rayful Edmond had people helping to run his operation but we remember Rayful. Because he orchestrated everything. Not them other nikkas :skip:
