i think he connected them when he say avi... he said he went to him with 80k to apologize.. i figure this is when avi dropped what him and reed was doing instead of drugs... so franklin figured reed is into both gun running and drugs.. but most importantly, reed was powerful enough to make a murder charge go away


now who could make a murder go away? and also run guns and drugs freelance with no muscle? and he's white... "time to research" and then "he's a fukking agent"

As far as acting like a american goes, Franklin is the best black british actor in the game by far. Better than Daniel Kaluuya, waaay better than Boyega, better than Stringer Bell (who let his accent slip when he got mad lol) and even better than Chiwetel...

Damn I was wrong about Kevin being alive. I really thought the DEA were hiding him eventually use him against Saint.

I was hoping Reed was going to make that DEA chick "disappear" so she couldn't testify. Chick is so damn annoying. I hope she does get killed in season 3.

Season 2 was MUCH better than season 1. Franklin is not a boy anymore, he's a man now.

I guy at work started watching at the beginning of Season 2. He me if he needed to go back and watch Season 1 to get up to speed. I was like Uh.....not really

That Lenny scene had me hyped, can't lie. Season 2 is up there with The Wire type quality. Great finale.

Maybe I hear it different cuz I’m Nigerian American and those actors are mostly Afro-British.

They are good actors but the main thing about a black American accent is that it’s 100% regional.Bmore sounds like Bmore, Atlanta like Atlanta etc etc....even shows that cast Black Americans usually get this wrong. The rest do generic American accents..Damson sounds like an LA dude to me.

He's great.

The first season Franklin had a much more timid tone but now sense he's been in the game for a minute he sounds like a typical Cali dude.

Props to him for being able to pull that off.
