You not just a worker when you have access to take the money he took,pretty sure he even met the plug:comeon:.Jerome and Leon getting treated like workers too,they get treated the same level as Peaches:francis:.Luckily they don't have egos and just care about getting their cut.

At this point,the operation is too big and he they are too visible. Everybody knows what they do,even that girls cop father knows what they do. If people could tell her where to find Franklins daddy who has no clout,she can find out where Franklin is. The Russians were still able to find him easily. I know he knew his address at him moms,but I think they found him at Leons?Like white boy told em,at some point your going to have to determine how much control you want to give up. He still too hands on and a dictator like I said,if he was to go down for some reason how would the operation continue on until he got out?

Who was right Franklin or Kev about the check cashing front?
Like Kev was bugging early about just killing random Mexicans but since he has calm down a little I think he is not entirely wrong. Franklin is too soft and not willing to put his foot all the way down. He plays tough but ultimately he is going have to be tough eventually.

I agree, he is really just begging for more responsibility, hopefully Franklin sees it as initiative and not insubordination. Kev knows this game is going to require some savagery and sees Franklin is in denial about that.

Exactly. At this point, Kevin is much more of an asset to the team than a liability. If anything, Franklin needs to humble himself and listen to his team, i.e. Kev's idea of laundering drug money through the check cashing place.
I like Franklin as a boss, but his ego is out of control. Good king(pins) listen to their advisors. Franklin hasn't shown a willingness to do that yet.

While true I think we get a bad wrap for being homophobic. While yes, we don't like it we rarely take it to the point of gay bashing or killing them over it. The worst thing that will happen is some heavy teasing/name calling. And Peaches is very useful so that overrides his sexual preferences. He laid that murder game down no problem.
