Really excited about the direction of SmackDown now, so much going on.

You got what should be the last match in the Jinder/Orton feud, you got New Day vs Usos, you got a nice AJ/Owens feud, Carmella is heating up, whatever is going on with Tamina and Lana, Sami Zayn and Mike Kanellis fukkery, Hype Bros break up tease, and Nakamura & Corbin being fade on sight status.

Another thing I like is that guys like Chad Gable getting some air time, just the little things but it makes Gable look legit, hopefully other guys like Tye, Luke, and Jason Jordan get some more air time too.

All in all, SmackDown is heading in the right direction again

WWE Smackdown Live viewership for the Independence Day edition - Pro Wrestling Dot Net

Tuesday’s WWE Smackdown Live averaged 2.329 million viewers for USA Network, according to Showbuzzdaily.com. The number was down from the 2.603 million count from last Tuesday’s edition.

Powell’s POV: The show featured the return of John Cena and a battle royal for a shot at the U.S. Championship. Of course, it also aired in Independence Day, so the decline from last week’s count is no surprise. We hope to have the actual rating later today.

Exactly, its either been the United States title, Money In The Bank, or Women thats been getting the main event and main focus. I don't think there's been one SD in the 46 days that Jinder has been champion, that's he's been the focus of the show.
