I don't know if Cesaro could do a 15 min talking segment like Dolph did though and that segment was what Dolph needed to kick-start his character development. It doesn't need to be a long segment with a lot of talking, but Cesaro needs to show that he's able to handle the verbal/promo part of wrestling in order to be considered anything more than what he is now.
