I’m sure they’re not gonna fukk with it long term because of how serious it is (although they been getting kinda lax with those specific injuries wrt Bryan and Sheamus) my guess is goldberg/edge spear vs spear. Can’t really think of any one else younger talent wise he could put over that have drawn parallels over the past couple years. If anything maybe Black but if they were gonna go that route they could have built it up during the rumble when they were both in there.

that's why I wish they would have pulled the trigger on him winning the Rumble tonight and getting another Mania run. he was the most over wrestler in the stadium tonight, looked great and hadn't missed a step in 9 years, etc. .... plus the press and media attention it would have received having a former star of his caliber returning after nearly a decade to win the Rumble. you don't know if he's got 3 months or 3 years left in the ring, but WWE dropped the ball tonight. as usual.

I mean to be fair to SHL I don’t think they would even let Edge sniff a ring if they thought he couldnt take any decent bump. People thought D-Bry was gonna be super protected too for a while when he got back into it and they basically let him go all out from the jump. Kevin Dunn needs to be fired tonight, because this was one of the worst shot ppvs in a long time. The number of missed cues from Edge's entrance alone is worth being terminated over.

This is probably an icy cold take, but maybe one of the worst shows I've seen in a long time. The women's rumble wasn't too bad but the ending left such a bad taste in my mouth. I was excited to see Belair finally get some shine before being generally unceremoniously dumped. I'm certainly more open-minded and liberal than most here but seeing Santino show up for a joke wasted spot at 29 was fukking terrible. Then Charlotte winning is just..... I'm not huge on Shayna but you have her come in and whoop ass for five minutes and then just get dumped. It just seems like this company has no investment in their female talent and they're just gonna ride the Charlotte wheels until they fall off.

With the mens match I mostly......get it. But growing up watching this shyt it always felt like ~anyone can do it~ even if only big names do, but having a 30 man match where Brock just passively chucks out 1/3rd of the field is just so....boring. I'm not big on Drew and I'd rather him over Seth or Roman but overall it's just so....boring. Most of the field was treated as a joke and Drew finally comes full circle with the Chosen One gimmick.

Could be worse, but everything just feels so incredibly uninspired.
