Brehs am I nuts or did WWE book the same exact Final 4 scenario for both Rumbles and just change the winner?
Beth/Edge - Returning Legend
Natalya/Orton - Their former partner
Charlotte/Roman - The top "dog" of their division
Baszler/Drew - The breakout who could be made with the win
Beth/Edge both eliminate their former partners, and then the final 2 comes down to Charlotte/Roman vs Baszler/Drew
Women's chose the predictable, Men's chose to make a star
Am I crazy/remembering it wrong or is that exactly what they did

Brock is one of the best workers wwe has ever had
He really is. When Brock wants to, he can be the best. He turned it on tonight. The problem is, he isn't really motivated like 95% of the time. I don't blame him. Anyone would do the lazy Brock routine if Cokeboy was backing the Brinks truck to the farm.

Roman will probably still get the WM title shot, but he doesn't need a Rumble win to get there and they know it. He's Roman Reigns; even with his run as top face being totally botched, they still took the time to build up his cred to the point he could be inserted into the title picture whenever and the fans would go with it. So you give the Rumble victory to a McIntyre type guy who needs it to break through.
Charlotte is on the same level as Reigns and they gave it to her when there's literally dozens of women on the roster who need it more. They literally give Charlotte title shots just because. No one would question her getting another. Her and Becky are even on the same show, so the brand split isn't in the way. Why not give it to a Baszler and have them chase the blue title so that maybe that shyt could have just a little heat going into Mania (cause as is, we know the SD women's title will be lucky to be off the preshow).
Exactly. Brock has literally zero reason to try, and Vince isn't asking him to. Shame, because for all the talk of Brock being lazy, he does seem to genuinely love this stuff. You can tell he has fun out there sometimes.
I remember looking forward to the 2010 WM because I thought he would have an epic entrance to go along with this theme. Well, he no longer has a good theme but he will have his WM moment 10 years later.
I also thought I was tagged because Corbin had won the RR, but I'll take this too.

Kevin Dunn needs to be fired tonight, because this was one of the worst shot ppvs in a long time. The number of missed cues from Edge's entrance alone is worth being terminated over.
