Yo.
Lets get this thread poppin
i need some visually stunning sci fi. already seen inception, matrix and 2001.
just give me a list and ill check em out (ill buy em if they really intrigue me)

I remember watching an asian film called Casshern years ago, I think it was an anime adaptation. I was pretty faded but I remember the visuals being pretty insane. Can't remember if I liked the film tho.

If no you're looking for a good flick check for Time Crimes. I think its a flick from Spain. Dope concept, had me twisted for a couple weeks. I still think about it a couple years later wondering if I understood it correctly.

Time Crimes fan huh? :sas1:

Whatchu know about Primer? :sas2:

I'm big on suspense/thriller type films and like a lot of old flicks so if you're not against black and white films. i'd recommend the hitchcocks and billy wilder films if you haven't seen those (north by northwest, vertigo, the birds, strangers on a train...the apartment, sunset blvd, double indemnity)

also:
Diabolique (hulu) :ohlawd:
The wages of fear (hulu)
Night of the hunter
White heat :blessed:
rosemary's baby

i really can't think right now

@HHR and @MartyMcFly have good taste..help me out brehs my brain frazzled

Edit:

All the Humphrey bogarts

I'm gonna be that guy.... but....

I finally saw "City of God" for the 1st time over the weekend....

HIGHLY HIGHLY overrated. :beli:

6/10.

Literally no better than "Gomorrah" (2008).

And Parts 1 and 2 of "Elite Squad" (2 other Brazilian movies) were way better.
