I think I'm almost done with the game. I'm on the mission called "Fight the Blarg"
I'm savoring the game, only put in about 40 minutes today. I'd actually be playing more if it wasn't for fukkass work

I'm only doing like an hour a night. Last night though I quite after losing those races a few times and jumped on that Nathan Drake colection

We play hard over chea' breh.
Got my main guns maxed out. Feeling crazy OP at this point even on hard. That disco ball and protoclast combo is a problem.
The gold cup race on kalebo 3 is tricky.
There are other races in the game besides the one on Rilgar?I beat the bronze cup but the silver one is annoying.
Use the strategy I told you about. These races are the weakest point of the game. Its down right lazy and poor programming. They make it impossible to get passed second place until the third lap, and none of the opponents make a single mistake. Every race boils down to timing your last 3 boosts just right to barely make it past the first place guy. Just go through the first 2 laps without breaking any boxes or using any boosts, then in the third lap gun it when youre half way through it. The opponents never lap you no matter how slow you go. You can even see them slow down to make it look like you have a chance in the first two laps. Some of the races have glitched bad for me too. The Rilgar race is broken for me. I got first in the gold cup over 5 times and it has never given me the Ryno card. In this race I just did on the other planet, I came in first place, it showed my name in first, it showed my time was the fastest, but on the podium it put me in second place and said I had to do the race over. Its honestly a chore more than anything and the pay off isnt really worth it. The same thing with collecting the 150 (or however many it was, it was a lot) brains on that other planet. I thought I would get something incredible for taking about 30 minutes searching for brains. All you get is a hammer that breaks more boxes at one time. I still think the game is amazing and is definitely a must have for PS4. It just has a couple annoyances, which I can easily overlook due to how incredibly fun the combat is, the story is VERY entertaining, the graphics are great, the guns have a TON of variety and so do the enemies.

Just beat some Snaggletooth (took longer and a little harder than I thought he'd be actually) and landed on red planet. Turning off for the night. Was a nice break for Dark Souls. Souls has me hooked though
This game is more of a cool down for me.

Its still pretty easy on hard but it keeps you on your toes. You have to keep moving at all times. I don't know if the races are any different depending the difficulty. In and of themselves they aren't hard either, the opponent's are just programmed horribly. Its literally impossible to get into first place until about halfway through the third lap no matter how perfect you play. I think I'm on the last level. The game has been a blast and one of my favorites this gen hands down. It does pretty much everything right. They have a few star fox style levels coming up and the rail grinding sections are always fun.

In the original game, the racetrack map was stored underwater and you could see it from certain points in the level if you looked down. In this game, the Gadgetron CEO tells you that the racetrack is flooded and you need to drain it with the Hydrodisplacer before you can start the race.
Naw I kept it on normal to make it a breeze when Im not playing Dark Souls. Dark Souls can be so grueling
Got 20 hours in Dark Souls shyt is flames.
Ratchet is perfect for in between though. My kid thinks we're watching a movie.
