Got great news this morning, got a offer accepted on a 3 unit. We have been waiting to hear something back for over a week. The only thing is, we bid $7k over asking and I dont think anyone else was bidding. 
We've lost the last 4 things we put a offer on so we were aggressive on this but its still worth it. I cant wait to see what it appraises for after we finish updating the apts.

Edit: My husband and I also made the decision to move next summer (if no major job offers are on the line). So far we only have Georgia and Colorado on the list.
