Since my parents out of town, I've been on my own these past few days
edit: the cornish hen will take too long to cook and I'm hungry, so baked chicken legs it is.

At the last minute...decided to throw some bbq sauce on the baked chicken drumsticks and went on ahead and made some homemade mashed potatoes for the first time with some seasoned green beans with onions
