My night has been just...
A nice couple from Ohio (cousin of my close friend and her boyfriend) decided to go Bad Ass Billy Gun/Road Dawg Jesse James on my car and throw up all in my backseat.
Not even the kicker. This bytch took a shyt standing up, and didn't get a drop on her clothes! I am pissed andat the same damn time. Mainly pissed though.
EDIT: It got better. The guy threw up on my friends staircase and shytty Mae lived up to her new nickname and took a shyt on her cousin's couch. I officially feel better now
The fact she lost control of herself AND her bowels but knew enough to take her pants off to do it...

I have to buy a house by April 2015. I got my landlord to make a 2 year lease instead of 1 which means no rent increase. I've been living here 4 years already with no increase so I figured one was about due and the most current leasing agreement hinted that next year we were going to get hit. I like my neighborhood and my school but I can't afford the housing. It's way beyond my budget but I did find a private school I want my daughter to go to which is about $6500 a year and compared to that $22,000 per year kindergarten crap, I figure this is a bargain. The school has a 13:1 ratio which isn't bad.
The most "urban" area of the zipcode, has fixers for a little as $15,000 but the cheaper the house the deeper in the hood it's in. There are millionaire dollar homes in this zip code so I'm going to guess/hope that revitalization of the zip code kind of trickles down into the more poorer areas over time. This would definitely be a long term investment but then you also have to deal with living in the half hood and how hood is it? Ugh decisions. Decisions.
Now I just have to love my job for the next year and a half.
