...the chemical breakdown is slightly different when you ingest the trees compared to smoking them so that's why its normally a more intense and long term high...its in ya blood! cheers to ya health woadie...also, note some gnarly movement for maryland's push for medical mari juannaman...a bill passed in the house

I'm finally off that prednisone and doctor gave me the clearance to start slowly working out again. I stepped on the scale and at the increase this morning. Didn't think that was possible in a month.

I'm going to do the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred challenge with my co-workers today cause the video is free online and and 20 mins a day is about all I can commit at the moment.

No red eyes and no smokey smell tho...that's truly righteous to me.

I'm starting Spring shopping with the check I get on Friday with the "extra" money I'll have after bills but I also had to get some car maintenance done with that same money. Well I returned an online order and the refund came this morning. It's just enough to get my car maintenance done so now I won't have to dip into the Spring shopping money. Now I just have to see how much I will have. I may actually go to the mall.
