Periods are the fukking worst. The first day I feel like death.

I have literally been laying in the same spot for hours wide awake. I took 2 midol and it fixed the cramps but I still had the back pain and shooting pains when I move. I took 2 more and it killed the back pain but still the shooting pains. I took 2 more and I got terrible pain in my stomach and still the shooting pains. 5 hours later the stomach pain is gone but I still have shooting pains if I move. I feel perfectly fine as long as I don't move at all. Oh and if I stand up I feel queasy.
