This keeps happening as well and I'm just really confused about what works and what doesn't these days. After I take my physical test in February I'm going back in macca root. I'm also drinking a lot of soy and silk milk in hopes it boosts my estrogen levels. Idk.

What does the macca root do for hormones?

I've been googling, and I think it happened bc my hormones were off and estrogen was too high. Idk though.


I'll go back to my doctor and ask, but I know she's tired of seeing my ass.

Macca root is supposed to help you gain weight in all the right places. It makes your libido high tho.
