Castor oil is one of the best ways that I've read, especially Jamaican black castor oil. Maybe mix it with some rosemary oil.

What helped me was applying Jamaican castor oil and Dr. Miracle edge and nape balm before bed for a few months (I used the Dr. Miracle 70% of the time).

Also, massaged the area and wrapped my hair.

Mine is 2-3 weeks late and counting.

I thought I was finally going to get mine bc my boobs swole up a week or 2 ago (and are still swollen) and I started cramping yesterday, but still nothing. & I have been pmsing for about a week now.

If I wasn't a virgin, I'd think I was pregnant or something. Idk what's wrong.

My period finally came but it was shorter than usual and my boobs are still sore/full like they were for the whole month. Wth is wrong with me?
