Any of y'all ladies go on a cruise?? Help a sista out

I'm tryna go for a week in either Feb or June but idk which cruise ship to go with

My family goes on carnival all the time but during the 'off season' like September - March when its not as many kids plus the rooms are cheaper.

June 2015 we went on a Carnival cruise (Galveston to Cozumel, Honduras, Belize) with the kids and it was fun and worth the price for an all inclusive vacay.

If I go again it would be just me and my husband and I might opt for a more adult friendly cruise like Royal Carribean or Princess Cruise lines or just do an adult resort stay.

We did an excursion a zip line excursion in Honduras and 4wheeler excursion in Belize. Cozumel we just walked around, browsed the shops, and picked up a bunch of alcohol.
