Your body is warning you that stress is too much. Even if you can't change your circumstances, you can do things to take a couple notches off the stress. Exercise. As cliche as it sounds. I realize "eating better" costs money which is an issue right now. But a walk, run up the stairs, at-home workouts using your own body weight won't cost you anything.I'm 23.

You're too young for out of the norm irregularity. Are you comfortable asking your moms if she ever had any similar issues?
