Two weeks is my max, but i have some haphazard twist that my sister did for me last saturaday and my hair is a tangled mess right now.
I don't know why i let her do them with out combing out my hair first

I saturated my hair with leave in conditioner, then i smoothed coconut oil on all the twist especially the ends then put on a plastic cap and had a beanie on all day yesterday. So it really isnt that bad taking them out, im sure it would be worse if i was just taking them out without doing that. My hair is soft and feels moisturized, the tangles are way easier to manage because of it.
