• One more week until school starts up again I'm not all that mad considering finding places for my daughter to go during the work week was difficult, but I managed. My goal this school year is to be more extra curricular reading/learning and chore/allowance focused. I don't want to force her or use reading as a punishment nor am I trying to recreate the scene from Annie in regards to housework, but it's something I know I need to work on and it will help her be a more responsible young lady in the long run.

• I'm also going to try to prep her lunch starting 2-3 times a week and moving eventually to all days of the week. It's not making the lunch that's the issue, it's being creative about it. No one wants a sandwich 5 days of the week . I've seen a lot of tips online about school lunches so this week I'm going to get some lunch box organizers and a thermos for when it gets colder. I figure I can do soup or mac n cheese or other warm foods.

• Week 4 of Marathon training. My long run for this week is 15 miles, with a weekly goal of 29 miles. The more miles I do, the more excited I become. I'm so ready for this!

I had a good weekend. My brother surprised my sister and I with dinner and a movie. We went to see Straight outta Compton.

I dont know, probably wearing open toe shoes a lot. But ive been wearing socks all the time now every where, i dont care lol and using vitamin c lotion and shea butter . Its working. My actual foot is pale its just my toes are darker idk why.

I went on a real date last night. I was just trying to chill and be casual but it felt like a real deal date. And he was so tall and handsome. I'm surprised Im finding these guys on POF.

It's usually the ones who are busy grinding and working and traveling. They are on POF because they have no time to meet people offline.

As a parent, how do you feel about the wearing of uniforms. And would you dress your child in uniforms even if the school didn't require it?

I would love if my daughter's school had a uniform policy, in fact I think all schools should implement one. I wouldn't send my child to school in uniform if it didn't require it though.
