yeah I have a heated shoulder wrap pad with lavender and all these other things in it. doesnt help.
accupuncture.... never tried it.
got botox for the migraines and all it did was reduce the number of migraines I get monthly by about 4-5

Acupuncture May Be Effective for Migraines
Damn im sorry to hear that. Im not sure if they were migrains but i did used to get really bad headaches. The thing that helped me was taking vitamins and massaging lavender oil mixed with coconut oil on the bridge of my nose and and temples. I know for some people it can be very debilitating. I read that yoga and certain breathing exercises can help also. I hate having to rely on drugs for anything so im always looking up natural ways to get rid or help me manage my issues. Caffeine is also supposed to help a lot with it too. I hope you find something that works for you tho, i hate being in pain and i hate seeing others suffer

my wish lists are ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I check them every few days to see if anything went on sale and alot of times I go in and see a particular item in my cart is no longer available because its sold out
