I just recently changed my workout to 5 days of strength training and one day of HIIT cardio. I did upper body and core today leg day and core is tomorrow
I'm still flabby, just started this routine on Monday. Adding two more days of cardio and a day of yoga next week thoughpics

I completed my two part interview today for a Team Manger position and I'm soo stoked. All of my stats are in the 90-98% range and i've got two high recommendations.
