being around women and raised by one (father had a part but more on being a hard worker and a father i learned more from mom and younger sis)

its all about saying what is right and what is true which most fail to realize and comprehend

I follow this book called 28 day jumpstart that has recipes but basically I try to eat protein, grains, veggies, and fruit for every meal and drink 64 oz. Of water everyday.

I just recently changed my workout to 5 days of strength training and one day of HIIT cardio. I did upper body and core today leg day and core is tomorrow

I'm basically eating what she's eating but I still have dairy, I'm tempted to actually try the challenge. I'm already doing round 2 of fitgirls on instagram and doing fit affinity workouts

hes bad as hell He just got popped before he went to bed for looking me dead in my face after i told him no and doing it anyway

but he's soooo cute i wouldn't trade it for the world. how is yours? theyre such a trip at this age

d'awwww poor little man My little boy is doing great! He's growing up fast he'll be 8 months old this month....*sigh* I wish I could keep em small forever.

We're having MAJOR issues getting little man to sleep without me. I think I may have fukked up with this co sleeping thing

i mean she can sleep without me but its a bytch tho

i put her to bed pretty much everyday then put her in her bed bout couple hrs later she wakes up out her toddler bed runs into my room crying
DADDY DADDY DADDY

if her mom even attempts she hits her with the or or all the same time with saying stop leave me alone

then I'm like at my peaceful sleeping and put her back to bed while watching tv kicks in my insomnia some more god knows when i go to sleep while she falls asleep pretty quickly

90% time if i even attempt to put her back in bed the minute i pick her up she wakes up crying

I'm just like i cant win in this situation till i can truly get her to really stay in her bed

no wonder my mom calls me MOM & DAD for my kids

be like she wants her MOM & DAD (referring to me as one person)

Sleep in her room with her for a couple nights. Just until she goes to sleep or give her your tshirt or something to sleep with that has your scent. I used to sleep on my daughter's floor, set my alarm then wake up in the middle of the night and leave.

if only that did work cuz it dont already did shirt and laid next to her in her room while she in her bed and I'm floor no bueno she has stayed in her bed overnight before but it rarely happens she just loves to freaking cuddle with me or lay on top of me shyt is insane


guess my past came back to haunt me I've always been told I'm great to cuddle or lay on it puts u to sleep and makes u feel at ease

Well it's not going to happen over night, you're going to have to try over and over and over again. She needs to know there is a time to cuddle but at night we need to sleep in our own beds. You GOTTA get her out your bed.

I can relate 100% to the sleep thing. We co sleep too and its a nightmare when I'm not there when he's ready to go to sleep. I'm kicking myself for not letting him learn to self soothe when he was younger. if you figure out a solution let me know because i need my "me" time back
