I tried this two nights ago and it was decent. 2 ingredient pizza crust:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (I used Cabot)
- 1 cup of self rising flour. I "made" self rising flour by using 1 cup of all purpose + 1 1/2 teaspoons or baking powder.
Kneaded them hoes together to make "dough", adding more flour as necessary. Once I got the dough how I wanted it I rolled it out on a pizza pan and added sauce and cheese.
Where I messed up is that I cooked it on 350 degrees which was too low to cook the dough thoroughly and it was gooey so I'm going to try it again tonight but this time cook it on 425.
I have a shyt ton of can tomatoes on deck so I'm thinking I may go the extra route and make a red sauce myself. Toss them in a crock pot and see what happens.
