I'm doing intermittent fasting, raw foods for lunch and high protein low carbs for dinner.
So I have an eating window which has been working out fine. I just started raw foods for lunch this week but only because my budget is TIGHT. Normally I do high protein/moderate carbs for lunch and high protein/low or no carbs for dinner.
Having the eating window has been cool actually. Even if I don't follow my diet plan, I still only eat w/i a certain time from. If I eat within the window AND follow my diet plan I see results on the scale in a week. My issue is meal planning If I wasn't too lazy to do that every week I could be seeing results way more quickly than I do.o wow
