Season 3: Episode 8
This week's episode was enjoyable, but a lot of the 'twists' I saw coming.
Starting with Congresswoman Josie being burglarized. In an attempt to play the game and win, I felt that Candy was going to overstep her boundaries. I also wasn't surprised that her and Harrison were sleeping together. When he confronted her the sexual tension was obvious.
I don't mind Lisa Kudrow in general, but I was not a fan of her on the show so I'm glad that she has been written out.
Cyrus...
What a mess he's gotten himself into. Last week when he and Mellie found out that Sally's husband was on the down low, I knew that he was going to find a way to pimp out James.
There's a tiny part of me that feels bad for James, because he does love Cyrus and didn't want to go through with it, but at the end of the day he did cheat.
Cyrus telling Mellie that 'my husband is not (like) your husband' was funny and for a moment truthful. However, as we all know, even a dog will leave if you kick it enough times. Again, not excusing James behavior because he made a conscious choice to stray.
So Fitz built him and Olivia a home in Vermont...
On another note, can someone shoot Jake or at the least tell him to speak only when spoken to? My goodness, he was giving me Chip (Beauty and the Beast) vibes- putting in his two cents when ain't nobody asked his opinion.
I don't know what to make of Quinn. On one hand I feel bad and on the other it's like well you were doing too damn much. Shame that Huck acknowledged her efforts so late. Even worse is that her character was made to be needy as oppose to just wanting the acknowledgement. Meh.
Olivia's mom...
That whole scene of her eating her own wrists was on some Hannibal Lecter type of level and I was not a fan. I'm not into gore. I damn near threw up, but I pulled myself together so I could finish the episode.
I found Rowan and Maya looking at the newspaper clippings of young(er) Olivia to be sweet. In a way I felt like her escaping the prison the way that she did to be ridiculous, but thinking a bit more about it, she definitely seems to be someone with a dark past that lends itself to self defense.
All in all, good show. Can't wait to watch what's to come.
-I have new found disgust for Cyrus. He made Big Jerry seem like an ok guy for real. Send your husband to flirt with a married man for political gain and be mad when he fukks him, brehettes. I'm just mad it took James so long to realize what was going on. I hope Cyrus has a nice life insurance policy for James all the shyt he's putting up with.
-Awww Mellie you can't find your husband...again. Marriage or no marriage Fitz clearly shows that he belongs to Olivia. I pray for their happy ending

- at Olivia's mother nearly chewing off her cotdamn arm. That whole storyline is ducktales to the fullest which is good becuase hey it's only television. It's not real life like how the men of the coli try to make it seem. I'm still wondering the background between her parents. What made him lock her away in the first place?
-I do not like Jake. I do not like him in B613, I do not like him as a gladiator. I do not like him Sam I am.
-Harrision boning that white girl had my timeline in a frenzy!! LMMFAO!! I would have prefered she be black but hey the man has needs!
-I'm glad that lady stepped down from the race. I was sick of her and her sister-daughter.
-Abby and David's relationship is so stupid but they somehow work. David could be the head lawyer in charge of whatever the fukk federal investigations and I'd still feel like I could take him in a fight.
