Can I build a decent PC at around ~$1200 to $1500 budget?

I don't care to have the absolute latest and greatest but I would like something that
I can put next to my Ps5/Xbox Series X and play certain games on it.

So yeah, you gonna pay around 1400 when it's all said and done. Majority ain't doing and paying that (which we've been saying from the jump).
