If the story is just as bad as part 1 then im dipping out. aint a fan of this alt timeline nonsense, nobody asked for it.

they already made Biggs, Wedge, and Zack live, so be prepared for Aerith to cook up a scheme to stay alive too

FF7's story was inspired by Sakaguchi's mom dying, it was always a story about loss and how to emotionally push through it. If they wanna erase that, cool, they can do what they want. I just won't be playing it.

For the last bludclarrt time. They've literally said about 50 times the story is going to go the same way...how we get to those main story points will be different though. Aerith will die...how she dies though, who knows. It probably won't be too different.

The main thing i'm glad about is that they're not cutting corners and cutting stuff out of the original game to make life easier for themselves. It seems everything from the original game will be in this trilogy, and that was my main worry.

Low-key the best thing they could do is have multiple endings with a different character or multiple characters dying (or not) depending on what you do in the story at certain junctions.

That sounds like a massive headache though, but man would it be amazing to play have different endings, deaths or none based on what you do in the game.

Yeah, all those characters are on disc two and join before city of ancients. I would be very surprised if they end the 2nd game before that. I think Rebirth will end at the Northern Crater

I think it'll either end at the release of the weapons in the northern crater or when barrett and tifa look out the shinra jail hospital window and see meteor

That would be a place to finish the game

At the 2:30 mark on the trailer, during the Yuffie and Red XIII combo, you can briefly hear someone saying what sounds like "On my way"



Someone took the music out so you can hear it clearer. Sounds like a Scottish accent to me, so this is definitely Cait Sith

Yeah, I liked rotating my party around using everyone, and he had higher magic than most of the others so he was good for the mage role.

For some reason, a lot of people hate him and I don't know why. He's a pretty good character when you analyze him.
