We thought the show was about Ghost but it was really a coming of age story for TariqRiq been a fakkit and needed to die, smh @ him getting his sister killed, family extorted for tons of money, expelled from a top notch high school and then killing his dad.
This show had six seasons to convince me Tariq had a real motive to want to kill ghost and hasn’t. WOAT character and I hope his spinoff flops
and then he’s gonna adapt the name Ghost

Tommy could easily have a successful spinoff, no Omari needed. Riq could’ve as well if he weren’t such a shyt character, and bad actor, on this show

Yea I'm not buying this hatred for your father when you are responsible for a regular woman being killed cause you were robbing homes and was a dumb ass who called your accomplices name out, responsible for your sister getting killed cause your sister had more heart to confront ray ray than you , responsible for kanan getting killed while you still act like kanan was "there for you" and conspired with a enemy of your family to extort them for some money. You would figure after all this dirty shyt your father having a side chick would pale in comparison to your pain for losing your sister and maybe its apart of you that could reconcile those feelings since your a scumbag yourself and forgive your father for that indiscretion.
I'm sorry tariq hate for ghost just wasnt sold well and it was too dam forced. I complained last season of these repetitive ass conversations tasha and tariq were having with ghost and the the nature of their relationship on the show wasnt growing or going anywhere. If I heard tariq or tasha have another one of those "it's all about you ghost" scenes I was going to scream. I'm sure this will be the level of the last conversation before one of them shoots him. Which is dumb.

Lastly the angle they ended Tommy story on, i posted pages ago this angle would've helped redeem tariq character and might have aided him in getting support to follow him to book 2. If tariq realized in the end his father only wanted what was best for him, tariq realizes his decisions got his sister killed, got kanan killed, extorting his family was wrong saw who killed his father then went on to avenge his father's death might have redeemed his character enough for us to like his punk ass.
But ending with him killing his father makes him about the most self centered selfish ungrateful unappreciative piece of shyt on network television. Who following that to a spin off?

So I just watched it. Tariq killed Ghost then that scene where Tasha shoots someone is her killing Ramona cuz she’s a witness

I think Ramona went to the hotel. Ghost thought he was alone when Tariq rolled up on him. I think Ramona will unwillingly put Tate in Ghost's position after his demise. There was only 1 gun shot Blanca heard. I think the Tasha clip isn't even a real scene, just 1 of the alternate shootings in case of a leak. There's no music in the background nor camera cut to another character. Its literally raw footage. The Tariq leak was fully finished editing.
Tariq did it... why else would they call Book 2 Ghost if Ghost is dead? Tariq gonna take that nickname

Didnt watch any more episodes after the mid finale back in I think November. fukk this show. Tariq managed to be more WOAT than Flynn and AJ Soprano.
