I think it's based more on their personal relationship rather than Raq being Black. Raq used to son her consistently before Juliana was able to leverage her power through her cousin. Raq alluded to it when she mentioned "she was the broad she bought Newports from."
Season is off to an amazing start. The slow build that some brehs complained about Season 1 is definitely paying off now. Marv consistently steals every scene he's in. Unique is a close 2nd.
