Simping the girl whose bf he killed who ratted out the spot to Unique and caused mad money and drugs being lost

Kanan being a dumb ass in school

His whole fight with scrappy or whatever his name led to him to having to go undercover and lose an eye

Cooked a bunch of killer crack that killed 3 people that we know off

Caused the death of jukebox girl

He did all that?

Between him and Tariq, why do all the future kingpins in the Power Universe have the IQ of a peanut when they're younger? In Kanan's case, it's even worse since he was raised in this shyt.

I mean... Kanan wasn't exactly the smartest mf on Power either. He was ruthless and murderous, but he wasn't a brain. Even Ghost's whole reason for sendin him to jail was because Ghost always wanted to go legit and Kanan being Kanan was gonna ruin his chances of doin that. Even the whole shyt with Tariq was Juke's idea, Kanan just wanted to get back to NY and kill Ghost. He sent his own son on a failed dummy mission just like Raq did with Scrap. He's just a reckless timebomb who probably gets more vicious as the show goes on, but not much smarter.

This post made me realize that Tommy would have ended up the exact same way if it wasn't for Ghost. He was just like Kanan, only more restrained and babysat. That's probably why he admired Kanan to some extent and acted like a little kid whenever Ghost did something he didn't like/checked him on his bullshyt.

Kanan said that Tommy always needed someone to take care of him, but at least he was somewhat capable of taking direction. Kanan never had that, which is why he didn't taste the main event of drug dealing for several years and couldn't even get that far before he was killed by a high school kid and his mother.

Show getting real good.

Thought about it, and there's not a single character that's unlikable.

The closest is Kanan, but two things save that: first being we know who he became, so he definitely going to be real good to watch soon and secondly, unlike Tariq, the actor playing Kanan is doing a good job and is mad talented.

Coming around to 50s narrations too. Also came around to Symphony, thought he might be a sucker like Tasha's dude that Ghost murked, but nah...dude is pretty cool cat.

Marv and Juke A+ for me as a whole. From the characters to the actors themselves. White girl Nic good lil run too. Great insight into Juke's initial beginnings. She was Jukes outside avenue away from Southside that was evident she didn't want to be in, but away from it, Southside still took Nicole's life.

I got a question. I saw Marvin put a dead body in the wall in the projects. How would that not stink up the joint so bad, other tenants would be complaining leading to an investigation??

This show is trashy af every episode has multiple sex scenes.... like if I wana watch that shyt I can just watch porn..... this is y these power shows are stupid af. Wasting valuable time on this type of shyt. It def brings the show down. This show will nvr be top level.

I can't remember the last time any episode of power didn't have an obligatory sex scene.

Outside of Kanan and now Raquel, no one knew that Jukebox liked eating coochie. She was your run of the mill tomboy.

And Marvin ain't a particularly smart nikka either... which further proves Kanan's lack of intellect because he's workin closely with the most irresponsible relative of all Marvin is basically Kanan 1.0= knows all about how to fight and kill people, but is always fukkin' up otherwise.

And I can see that once Marvin finds out about Juke, that's gonna be the breaking point between them. He doesn't seem to care much when it comes to the things that make her happy (didnt help her get into the good school, aint big on her singing) so he ain't gonna respect who she is.
