I think you shouldnt stay so stagnant on the beat especially in the first lines. You can stumble your flow just a bit with that kind of flow otherwise it just sounds like you're an 80s rapper if you sound like a metronome.
The lyrics are aight. Nothing in it blew me away tbh, I like the last verse best, but the hook is pretty nice. The beat and video are also awesome.
