I don't think they'll even mention Helen's daughter or husband next season... no need to really
Unless it ties into Jonah's storyline
:what:

Sooooo Erin finds out that her mother is working for a drug cartel and she goes apeshyt over it, now her moms goes missing... and you think the writers should just leave that open ending?

Why wouldn't the authorities question her and see if she knows anything about her moms or any Byrde affiliation?

You see where I'm going with this?

They're already dead.

I think Navarro knows Helen forged the papers, which is why she got killed. Navarro could have easily separated Helen out the Byrde business without killing her, she was one of his top people.
This is a ton of plot armor if that's the case and disappointing. I think they'll reveal all of this going forward, so I'm not jumping to conclusions.

How does Navarro know about the forged paperwork?

Also, this season clearly showed that Navarro's intention was to cut out any unnecessary fat between Helen and the Byrde's. They were basically competing for their position with him, and proving their value to him.

The Byrde's won in the end, because they got the FEDs to move on Navarro's enemies because of the shyt that went down with the KC Mob that they had footage of. If they didn't do that, Navarro is still feeling the pressure from the war and no peace... now add Helen telling him that Marty took a witsec deal and is a rat.

:mjlol:

They would have been dead as fukk.

No Whammies!!
In a lot of ways this season was kind of filler. The whole Ben situation was pure filler.

I think the point is to show that Marty is a total control freak, and they introduce a character that is totally uncontrollable. If that's filler, then I think the whole entire show is filler.

It’s not essential to the plot.
Helen’s dead, that should dead her whole storyline...
Just like Rachel’s storyline... no need to revisit, she’s out the picture
Only reason Erin should be brought back is if Jonah pursues her in Chicago

Is this show good or nah? No spoilers, is it comparable to great shows or a typical Netflix show where you get 4-5 good episodes and everything else is weak?

How is it not essential to the plot? Marty and his family not getting caught is the premise for the entire show.

Not only did Ben tell her what was up, but Jonah and Charlotte told her what was up. There should be a resolution for what happens with Erin, if not, then that's just sloppy writing IMO.

On its third season with 30+ page threads per season... If you don't at least peep a few episodes just off that alone then I don't know what to tell you.

I was about to say something along those lines and then I remembered ‘power’ threads were still a thing on multiple forums for a hot minute lol

that being said yes this series is a damn good watch @Piff Perkins
