Not much of a buff.
She's still ineffectual, and take that from a high level Sombae player. Aiming feels better, but only slightly. No ult charge from health packs is a major nerf considering it was the only thing you could rely on for meter. Such a waste.

Just hit level 400..Any active Overwatch players in here?
The game is still fun to me especially when i swap roles (dps main but now doing more healing this season).
But at least a few times today I die to something stupid usually at a critical time (junkrat, scatter shot, etc) or you go on a lil mini win streak then following that you get some of the dumbest players possible to drag you back down to where you started.
Happens too often to be a coincidence. You can almost guess when

then I started soft throwing again and now im done till next season. maybe for good. I just got into that warhammer game
Its actually done on purpose. The system tries to keep you at a 50% win ratio. Blizzard wont admit it, but the way the do that is by putting shytters and trolls on your team
So sometimes you'll get teammates that know how to not feed, and sometimes you get the shytters. That sucks
I find that when you play during school hours, and avoid holidays, then you get decent teamates most of the time.
Try queuing around 3pm and see if your first game is enjoyable
