TYRONE GA!
Yeah even in the now erased expanded universe Palpatine had a group of force sensitive soldiers called the Emperors Hand. Luke's wife Mara Jade was one of them. Vader was his only apprentice tho
they fukked up so bad erasing the EU :snoop:

They can....:what: problem is a trained jedi / sith can hide his presence but like obi-wan did stop using it completely...

Why is this so hard to understand we have seen it done before...:heh:

Nah fam. Go back and watch the all the movies and other material. In the prequels the Palpatine couldn't be "sensed" because he was hiding it. Ok cool Fast forward to Episode 4... Vader can't sense that Leia is force sensitive when he's interrogating her. But when Luke is flying away he can sense that the "force is strong with this one". Obi Wan also couldn't sense Leia in episode 4. It's canon that Luke and Leia are very strong with the force.

Then you get into force powers... sometimes they can toss nikkas around, other times they cant? :dahell: Let's not forget Luke is supposed to be GOAT tier with the force abilities by RoTJ but he's gotta throw rocks at a gate to kill the Rancor, he'll flip out of trouble instead of just stopping it with the force, etc.

In the Force Awakens Kylo stops a fukking laser blast in mid-air... how is anyone even able to fight him? He should've been tossing Rey and Finn into space during their squabbles.

In Obi Wan, Vader could have force tossed the robot, force pulled OBW back into the fire, etc. I'll give it a pass because they said he wants to face an OBW at full strength. Also in Obi Wan, Reva can sense that bootleg Jedi... seems to appear to sense something in Luke's uncle mind, but can't sense a washed Obi Wan? :mjlol:

I could go on. I don't really trip about it. I enjoy Star Wars for what it is, but the writers are very inconsistent with the use of the Force.

Let me explain, Luke was trained however brief with obiwan and plus I think him being the child of darth vader of course vader would sense him...Leia wasnt trained at all...:francis: she wasn't even trying to activate her powers or show if she was force sensitive in any of the three movies... luke told her she was special and she was like I never used the force at all...:manny: I think it's a case by case basis, there are kids who are force sensitive out the womb and use it without knowing and there are beings like yoda's race that can use it as a fukking baby without even trying...:heh:

And let's take in that obi-wan hasnt been training or used the force actively in ten years... 10 years... that's a long time because he's on the run if he actively used the force all wily nilly they can track him faster and he knows it... shyt luke and vader was having emotional conversations starships away before... but i digress... the writers need to give y'all a primer on what jedi can do and can't do...

What’s the point of this show Dawg?
to do what almost every other SW property has tried to do the last 20 years, fix Episode 4 ANH.
ANH is the only thing that really makes no sense when you put everything together but they can't touch it directly because its sacred so they have been trying to fix it by padding stories around it.

It was nice to give Obi Wan an episode to shine.

But I was hoping they would avoid another break in and save Leia episode.

I said this before but if Disney doesn’t do a freakin Mission Impossible style teen Leia series they are stupid.

Just watched episode 4, it was OK. Obviously, just a filler episode. Honestly, with a 6 episode season, filler episodes are unnecessary but whatever.

To me, this episode shows that Obi-Wan is Leia's "true" father. Anakin ain't sh!t and Bail is just the cool step-dad/uncle. It lines up with her characterization in the original trilogy.

Anyways, I just hope that they make episodes 5-6 epic. Also, bring in Qui-Gon as a Force ghost already lol.

Oh and another thing, I just re-watched the Star Wars prequel trilogy and yeah, overall they were terrible. The Phantom Menace & Attack of the Clones were mediocre/trash. Revenge of the Sith was just OK/decent. The prequels had some of worst acting I've ever seen and the CGI was laughable.

The acting in the prequels was so bad/stale that this Obi-Wan series deserves an Oscar :mjlol:

Not even Samuel L. Jackson was able to be charismatic or compelling.

The relationship between Padme and Anakin was the most inorganic and unromantic sh!t that I've ever seen :mjlol:

Anakin was a huge creep as well :picard:

Anakin's mother's death scene was emotionless as f*ck :unimpressed:

CGI Yoda was bushes status. The CGI overall was horrendous. Yeah, I know it was the late '90s and '00s but still it's aged like spoiled milk. T2 from 1991 had better CGI

Hayden Christensen's acting improved dramatically from AOTC to ROTS but still he was just OK at best in Revenge of the Sith.

The dialogue was terrible. The writers for the prequels should be ashamed of themselves.

Finally, most of the fight scenes were mid/trash 😴

There's been some revisionist history going around in recent years about the prequels (especially due to Disney's Star Wars trilogy). Some people are saying that the prequels are "good", "underrated" and "not so bad". Nah, f*ck all of that - the prequels were GARBAGE.
