I knew about the whole "games are tied to the system not account thing" for the 3DS but I never thought to look and see if the previous owner of the 3DS I bought actually bought any games.

I just got Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon for free downloading now. and gonna look and see if they bought others.

loaded up LM:DM just to make sure it runs and what not and it does gonna dive into it tonight.

I wanna get Bravely Default. Liking the look of it. I see that it comes out in Feb, but I'm also seeing that one came out a few months back. Is that a Jp version only? Can someone explain it to me?
