someone pls tell me what so special about Mad Men, i forced myself to watch S1 couple of months ago and now am forcing myself to dot he same with S2

It’s def not for everyone. Like a good scotch it’s an acquired taste. The action is in the conversations and amazing writing that show had. It’s in my holy trinity of all time shows but I know not to even bother recommending it to some of my closest friends who love watching good shows. It’s terrific. I wish ppl could understand why but just isn’t for everyone Ive come to terms
