Weekly releases extend subscriber engagement. Stranger Things goes from being talked about for a week or 2 to months building hype as a season goes on and drawing more attention. When people binge they consume it fast then go about their lives.

It would also mean they'd have to step back on canceling shows so quick and let them build an audience over time though. Maybe even over multiple seasons.

Weekly releases are very easy to drop.
Folks are busy and have so many more options and viewing habits have changed.
I cant tell you what day any show outside of succession and game of thrones comes on, and even then as much as I loved succession I said fukk it ill wait for the season to end and binge it so I can wrap up an entire season in a few days and move on. It's just easier to watch and its pro-viewer to keep the binge model

Watched Trainwreck '99. It was pretty good. Every organizer ends up lookin like a jackass. Its been 20 years and these the best excuses you can come up with
Everything they did was a mistake. Wonder how much they pocketed after it was all said and done.
And idk shyt about Korn but aint gon lie they set looked absolutely crazy. The way that crowd was moving was aint never seen anything like it. Imma go watch they whole joint just to see what they bout cause that intro to the song they came out to with the riff was

Same with Limp Bizkit they shyt looked amazing also. Just massive amount of energy. Fred Durst did look like a physcopath who just wanted to watch the world burn up there tho but I think he just naturally look like that

Brehs John McAfee was on straight GOON status. He left that lady in South America and met another chick the next day Dude was smart but those drugs made him erratic. My whole thought during the documentary was, if you trying to run and hide, why keep making press conferences and posting your status online and shyt?

They too late to the party in my opinion. They should have been doing that with their top shows like Ozark, Stranger Things. The problem was I would enjoy Ozark and binge it over the weekend and then forget about it by the next week. No episode by episode engagement online like you’d get from a Better Call Saul or Succession

But now that the other streaming services have caught up and been doing it from the jump. Being able to binge the best shows on Netflix is the only thing left that makes them unique to me at this point. Now they gonna be just like the other streamers with less quality shows
