He's also resisted Point Zion since he got there. Every season he goes away from it and then eventually realizes that's their best shot. He's really stubborn, focuses on defense when their roster is geared towards offense, has terrible rotations and never seems to have a gameplan.

The fact that they didn't win a single game while trailing going into the fourth quarter is an indictment on him.

The roster has flaws but I truly believe they'd be at least five games better with a competent coach. CJ averages the most shots on the team. That alone should get him fired.

point zion is never gonna be anything more than a situational look because zion can't shoot.

lakers have had to adjust nothing because the pels have a functionally broken roster without a point guard. like all they can do is get hot and nail every rebound - but even then they have zero way to control the pace against a team locked in for the playoffs
