It was groupbought on a leaked music forum via discord. Some Frank shyt was AI for buys before and peeps got scammed w that but this ones legit.

It took them ages to leak it because the people running the buy were clueless. they did it via bitcoin and fukked themselfs on the conversion of the bitcoin to cash and the funds didn't add up.

I posted about it earlier in the thread. Here's the file if anyone wants it.

I didn't listen yet as i'm not home. someone said theres a diff Nas verse to the released joint on Lost Tapes 2 though.

Someone else has:

Believe
Crabs in A Barrel
Hungry
Nobody Move
Padded Room
Single Man in America
Slow Movin

All Gods Son Era unheards. they tried a groupbuy for one of them last year and it failed spectacularly. im gonna try getting the ball rolling for all of them again though. need them joints. but theres no market for unreleased Nas. as all the stuff that sells on that forum is todays bs rappers mainly.

Reason the Buy for the initial song failed was because the seller wanted 900 for it. which is ridiculous. but that was the first groupbuy for a Nas joint ever on there so they had no idea what they were doing.

And the fact that Nas fans/oldheads don't wanna part with money & expect everything for free/Don't know how to use discord lol

There is a market for unheard Nas, but a lit of what is for sell is music that isn't exactly coveted. Out of that list "Crabs In The Barrell" is one that Nas fans have wanted for years.

From the God's Son era, I'm sure there would ne interest if "Get Up", "F Hot", "My Will" (full version of "Honeymoon Is Over"), "Curtains", the original version of "Hey Nas" produced by The Trackmasters.

There's still material from the "Nas Album Done" era like "Sinatra In The Sands" that are coveted.

I still feel like the leaked version of No Such Thing as White jesus feels like a amalgamation of the 2012/2019 version.
I gotta go back and hear Royalty but I always felt like nas rerecorded the song for LT 2 too. His flow everyhting felt more 2019 than 2012 but Im speculating.

He did re-record it for Lost Tapes 2. A couple of songs for that album were either re-recorded (Royalty, Who Are You) or recorded specifically for LT2 (The Art Of It, It Never Ends)

I really feel like its in poor taste to pay for some shyt that Nas himself, who wrote the goddamn song, won’t see a penny off of. If a song leaks then it leaks, but to PAY for what is essentially stolen material is kind of messed up.

Nah i agree. it is fukked cos its all jacked from stolen harddrives/zip files or producers & artists emails then sold for thousands.

Everything that leaks has been bought though lol people don't just leak stolen music for free its a big money game lol you should see the prices for all the lil lil whatever rapper names music people spend thousands on them and half the time its some shytty ref track. its crazy what people will pay.

Only time shyt leaks for free is when someone wants to piss off someone else in the scene so they cant sell it or someone gets fukked over

its a whole scene of pettyness.

My plug just said regarding the Sinatra in the sands joint, cos i asked him to ask what that seller wanted for it out of curiosity

his response ''Sellers be getting pissy about asking for prices without intentions to buy, but if I had to guess I'd say prolly a range from 1250-1500, considering the lineup on that shyt''

And the White Jesus joint that just got bought & leaked was $1.5k, reduced to $1k.

That only happened cos of Frank fans i would imagine.

Nas is huge but there ain't enough serious Nas heads in the leaks game to finish any Nas solo joint gbs i dont think.

As evidenced by that gods son era track they tried to buy and failed.

Yeah but no. This is a goat top 10 discussion. The best of the best. Which means at this height there's some minimum require to even be in the discussion.
That's like doing a top 10 goat conversation for NBA players and mention a player with no rings. I don't care if you're Barkley Carmelo or Iverson, you're not getting a top 10 placement without a ring.
Same thing with rap, you're not getting in without a solo album, and at least one classic at that. And more importantly you can't be in the goat conversation without having solo classics songs, which Andre don't got (hey ya don't count)

:manny:
lol he’s already there. Imaginary rules don’t mean a thing, it’s about the listeners he touched with his rhymes.

:manny:
And @HNIC973 none of us would put Bandana P in our top 10’s of it wasn’t for his rhymes in the mob deep DUO, and features during their prime. As much as I love some of his solo work, they wouldn’t put him anywhere near anyone’s top 10. Most of his fans remember him, most fondly, for “The Infamous” through “Murda Muzik”.
