The 50 Anniversary for Hip-Hop is August 11th. That lands on a Friday. Keep that in mind for Nas new album and I think because of it this Hit-Boy album will be slightly conceptual. It just makes too much sense to drop it and I think he will as long as he doesn't start overthinking on some I don't wanna take away from the moment..
So that's my prediction. New Album August 11th.

The Wu-Tang tour takes a break in July and August too before hitting the road again in September. August 11th the Birthdate of Hip-Hop and it lands on album day which is a Friday while he also performs at Yankee stadium that day to celebrate it. This story writes itself.
Nas dropping in August makes COMPLETE sense as KD1 and 2 both dropped in August and that seems to be Nas sweet month professionally nowadays. My only thing is he probably wouldn’t drop it ON the 11th i’m predicting he’ll do it a week earlier on the 4th.
Oh me too lmao i’d be milking that weekend of the 11th for ALL its worth. The marketing would be INSANE.
But Nas has actually seemed to get more humble (publicly) over the years while being more braggadocious in his actual music. He probably sees the Hip Hop anniversary as bigger than any one artist and because he and Mass Appeal have been stewarding the entire celebration I could see him wanting everybody involved to get shine.

Lately I've been feeling like those Eminem youtube commenters "I don't like rap music but I love Nas"
Nothing simply compares, I know it's unfair to put the GOAT against anybody but none of the newer music comes close
Jay ain't dropping, Common's gone way too mood music, this years been weak us fukk. The only project I've been feeling was Black Thought's quick fire.
I know it's a cliche to moan about current state of hip hop but no matter what I listen to I keep wondering why I'm not listening to Esco instead of anything else...

It’s very difficult for me to listen to any other albums as of recent outside of Nas for me personally
I mean we all thought KD3 was dropping in August too and we were all wrong so I wouldn't make any predictions this time around.
