Most versions I've read of what the tracklist was supposed to be have songs that have been out online/white label/mixtapes/Lost Tapes 1 so it would be dope if they could try and recreate it how it was meant to be

Nas has said he doesn’t remember the original tracklisting so they’d have to get Steve Stoute and maybe the Track Masters on board to recreate the original lineup of songs and they’d have to get sample clearances for songs like Amongst Kings and even still some of those songs ended up on Nastradamus (Project Windows) and others ended up on Lost Tapes (Drunk By Myself, Papa Was A Playa, Fetus) and others were never finished (The Curse) with the verse going on other projects (The Saints) so it would have to take a lot to gather that all together and its probably not worth it for Nas and his team at this point though fans like us would eat it up.

Me personally i’d settle for documentaries on the making of and impact of both It Was Written and I am, and even Nastradamus. People really love to shyt on the late 90’s Nas run like he wasn’t a superstar when dude was starring in movies, released TWO Platinum albums in one year, had a supergroup, videos in heavy rotation, was all over the rap magazine covers, etc.
