yep I agree, the verses are fire and dre beat could have been better but it's a good song, I don't like the intro and the chorus, but it's far for the poster child to say nas picks bad beats. even if it was a bad song the rest of the album is fire so I don't know what vlad is talking about

People expected A LOT from Dre & Nas and Dre wasn't quite there with his post Death Row production yet so it fell flat compared to the expectations. personally I've always liked it but it's never been one of my fav Nas songs or anything like that

This.

Had something like "Phone Tap" or "Firm Fiasco" made It Was Written in place of "Nas Is Coming", which is still coll, it would've been :wow:. Album is a classic to me, but it would've been that much more better.

Dope to see Nas do more songs from the Kings Disease albums (Replace me and 27 summers)

Hope he comes to the UK soon.

I was kinda expecting Eminem to make a surprise appearence at the Detroit show given EPMD and Royce were there but ah well. Seem like a dope lineup with them plus Wale

How was the show as a whole?
Show was dope!! He performed “You Owe Me” crowd went crazy.

He also did his Hot Boyz remix verse! Had me like :ohhh::ooh::wow: I was NOT expecting that one at all.

Hate Me Now is so majestic live in person :whew:

It was my first time ever seeing him live so I was amped.

i already sensed this about Freddie. When Nas beat Freddie out for the Grammy, Freddie took that personally. He dropped a track over the "You're da Man" beat and killed it. I knew he was going at Nas competitively. Then Gibbs showed on that "On the Real" track, I knew Nas was trying to keep it all peaceful competition with Gibbs and respected that You're da Man beat flip that Freddie did.
