Its crazy how much he gets into everything these days compared to his earlier years where he was reluctant with exposure

Must be at that stage in life where the money clubs cars girls dont mean much anymore

Gotta salute that, long live old man Nas !!!

I don't know how much those things still mean to him today. But the Hip Hop 50th anniversary initiative is a huge undertaking. And Mass Appeal has bunch of things planned. So it's not surprising that Nas is so involved with this.

In June of 1983, Video Music Box launched on WNYC-TV in New York City and became the first hip-hop music video TV show. The show aired the freshest hip-hop music videos to the people of New York City. Video Music Box was created by “Uncle” Ralph McDaniels, an engineer at WNYC-TV and Lionel “Vid Kid” Martin.

I gotta ask and I mean this with no disrespect.. Nas is single handedly holding down the music department and now he's shooting documentaries and even hosting a podcast now.. Besides Sacha where is all the talent at in this company?? It seems like there's a lot of dead weight up there. Why does Nas need his partners up there at this point? He needs the whole pie.

:mjlol::hhh: Bruh it takes so much to put a production together especially of this magnitude with the Hip-Hop 50 initiative and everything else surrounding it with all the moving pieces. Nas actually has the easiest job as far as the Podcast when it's just sitting down and kickin it with people you knew for 20 plus years but just with a camera on this time. This would be like saying Stephen a Smith needs to whole pie at ESPN because of everything he does. Now Nas trying his hand at directing is something different and new for him so that may be difficult and I want to see how that turns out. But Mass Appeal does need another notable face to partner with Nas so he won't have to be the face of everything.

That's what I'm saying.. He's literally the face of everything.. He's gotta do all of this and write a great album by next summer for KD 3 because u know he wants to drop that by next August. Man I don't care what u say Nas don't need Bittenberg whatever his name is.. Outsource a production team lol

Your saying “Nas has to do everything” like this isn’t something he WANTS:gucci:

Everything he’s putting his name on is something that he’s been talking about through his music and interviews since damn near the beginning of his career. In 2005 when he rapped “I’m thinking its time/ to build my very own Motown” do you think he was thinking about Berry Gordy bytching and moaning about having to do “everything?” Because Berry never did that.

Trust Nas ain’t doing anything he doesn’t want to be doing. Acting like he’s some rookie being taken advantage of like Summer Walker or Meek Mill is a ridiculous assertion

Man Mass Appeal needs some damn talent. My guy gotta work like Stephen A. Smith at Espn to keep this company afloat. I don't agree with u. I think he'd rather be chillin playing the backround and offereing ideas. Gotta do all of this and tour while make another classic by the summer Smh Because of the lack of talent up there these business deals are probably contingent upon him having to roll his sleeves up and being the face of it.

Aye cut this out.. I'm sick of it. In 10 years up here you've gave us no exclusives in regards to Nas. You only pop up when u feel like he's being slighted. It's a message board I'm halfway joking.. I can tell ur a woman tho. Men don't get as sassy as u do.

You’re the one all emotional and bothered by Nas actually doing work for his company. Get real and by the way I’m not here to give you exclusives. I’m here to give you truth. Nas is doing what he enjoys and he is far from doing all the work. By the way you sound sassy & really like a female making statements like this “I’m sick of it.”
